    Built by people who know the work.

    Fleet Integrations is the fleet operations platform from Initek Consulting, a San Diego software firm with more than twenty years building IoT, vehicle telematics, and fleet management systems. Since 2019 we've focused on the motorcoach industry, helping operators connect the systems they already run and improve how the day goes. We work alongside the operators who run on us, and we keep making it better.

    Beyond the platform, we're a flexible technology team available for full or part-time expertise and support, from a few days of work to multi-year projects, with experience across system architecture, design, testing, and development.
